- Reception and security
- Reception sees arrivals and hosts, with minimal customer details. Security sees whether a car may leave, and never an invoice amount.
- Technicians
- Assigned jobs, inspections, time and parts. No customer credit and no price overrides.
- Cashiers and accountants
- Cashiers record tenders and cannot approve their own refund. Accountants own postings and period close.
- Owners and managers
- Owners set policy and approve exceptions. One person can hold several roles, and separation of duties still applies.
- Auditors
- Read-only access to every record in scope, with export.
