Customers approve work, follow jobs and pay on pages that wear the dealer's name, colour and logo.
The customer sees your name.
Name, colour and logo come from the dealer. Meludu supplies the type, the press behaviour and a small credit at the foot.

The dealer keeps the face.
Dealers set one name, one colour, one logo and an optional icon. Meludu derives the remaining shades and text colours, with WCAG 2.2 AA as the target. Customer pages and documents end with the dealer's copyright and a small credit, Powered by Meludu.com.
What customers can do.
- Ask, and be told the truth
- A request is labelled requested, not booked, until capacity and the dealer confirm it.
- Decide from a link
- Approval links are scoped, expire and carry attempt limits. A forwarded link cannot show a full account history, and an outdated link cannot approve a later price.
- See progress
- Published milestones, expected completion and approval requests appear, while internal diagnosis drafts stay private. A revised promise is marked revised.
- Messages with honest states
- Queued, accepted by the provider, delivered, failed and suppressed are tracked separately. Accepted by the provider is never shown as delivered.
- Control over contact
- Quiet hours, channel permissions and opt-outs are respected, and a failed WhatsApp message does not fall back to unauthorised SMS marketing.
- Help without a smartphone
- Staff can record a witnessed customer decision with the evidence and the reason, without pretending to be a digital signature.
Sign-in
Customer sign-in with a one-time code arrives once an approved messaging sender is live. Until then, customers act through secure action links.
