The right person and the right tool, ready.
Certificates, rosters, tools and pay statements, shown where the work happens.
Work that needs a certificate goes to someone who holds a current one.
When a certificate has run out, the assign screen says so before anyone presses Assign. A manager can write down a one-job exception under a named policy, right there. Nobody can excuse themselves.

- Shifts and leave
- Nobody is on two shifts at once, and leave is decided by someone other than the person asking.
- Clocking in, explained first
- An optional check against the branch, explained to staff before it runs. Only the result is kept, never where they are. Anyone who does not share is confirmed by a supervisor.
- Tools and who has them
- Each tool’s holder, calibration date and time out of use. A tool overdue for calibration cannot be handed out.
- A lift out of use leaves the booking list
- When a lift is down or overdue for calibration, its work area cannot be booked for that time, and the booking screen says why.
- Notices people confirm
- Each person sees new notices when they open their page, and confirms they have read them.
Everyone sees their own pay. Nobody sees anyone else’s.
Commission statements, adjustments and disputes are visible to the person they belong to. Seeing anyone else’s needs a permission most staff do not have.
