- Petrol, diesel, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, electric or commercial is written on the first record of the car, so an electric car is never an afterthought.

- Walk-ins, calls and website enquiries are recorded with where they came from, who owns them and how far they have got.
- Hold, deposit, inspect, hand over
