Warranty claims that get paid.

See the cover when the car comes in, gather the evidence the manufacturer asks for, and follow each claim until it is paid.

A claim goes in only when its evidence is complete.

Each manufacturer's checklist says which photos, readings and documents a claim needs. Meludu shows what is still missing before anyone marks the claim ready.

Cover at check-in
The job shows any warranty and open recall on the car. It is labelled an indication until the manufacturer agrees.
Claims from approved work
A claim is built from the lines that were approved, so nothing is claimed that was not done.
Every reply kept
Submitted, queried, approved, paid or rejected, with what was paid against what was claimed.
Parts sent back
Removed parts are tagged, stored and returned, or released when the manufacturer says it does not need them.
Recalls
Bring in the list of chassis numbers once. Bringing it in again changes nothing. Contact each owner and record the fix with its evidence.

A recall is done when the car is fixed, not when the message is sent.

Completing a recall needs the evidence the campaign asks for. A message to the owner is recorded, but it does not close the recall.
